I very much enjoyed working with Daphne The sale of my Grandmother's apartment was an emotional decision for my sister and I We had enjoyed many wonderful times in that apartment and the kitchen cupboard always held a wonderful supply of delicious home made pastries Once we had decided to sell the apartment, Daphne's advise was to leave it in its original state rather than renovate to a level that a buyer may not find appealing Timing was perhaps not perfect on our side With a rise in interest rates, a Federal election, war in Ukraine the market conditions had changed and her advice to extend the marketing campaign rather than rush it through enabled us to secure a good result with seller and buyer happy with the result.
