Daphne approached us well before we were intending to sell and remained in not too frequent contact and was genuinely looking forward to listing the property. When we contacted her she was able to describe her plans and marketing strategy for the property. She recommended for our choice two property stylists at different price points and the photographer produced excellent results. She would provide feedback immediately after each inspection and each week provide detailed notes and written feedback after her calls to those who inspected the property. Prior to and on the day of the auction we were offered strategic advice without being pressured. The auctioneer and she worked well together and we were happy with the resulting sale and also to recommend her as an agent who works for the vendor.
