James recently sold my Coogee apartment. He was a good person to consider as he'd recently sold another apartment in the same complex. Upon meeting James I found him to be very professional. Obviously a very good marketer and knew the area very well. In the 10 days or so it took to sell, James kept me up to date with all that was happening and was always very positive.
