Fantastic result - smashed reserve!
I spoke to numerous agents before appointing Daphne to handle the sale of my late father's property in Darling Point. I ended up choosing her for a variety of reasons but mainly because of the impression she made on me during our initial meeting. She was very personable but not pushy, she was empathetic, engaging and clearly knew what she was talking about. Her track record in Darling Point was also very persuasive. I made a good choice. The campaign was exceptionally well run, communication was excellent and her recommendations and strategic advice always spot on. I was consulted at every step of the way and felt that the entire process was very much a partnership. We had a fantastic result and sold for well in excess of our expectations - I think even Daphne was surprised. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking to sell in Darling Point.
