If I was asked to describe Daphne in three words - determined, informed and likeable. The 'campaign experience', whilst challenging due to the timing of the year netted and excellent result - my asking price was achieved in the short scheduled timeframe. Daphne and her sales associate Louisa Dickson provided ongoing feedback, instruction and strategy throughout. If you are wanting an agent who is extremely knowledgeable on the history of Darling Point, its sales record as well as pricing trends then I wouldn't consider anybody else.
