Other agents told us that James was out of our area and did not possess the "local" knowledge and contacts - he proved them wrong on all counts. Local Knowledge A++++
What a pleasure this is for me after many years of countless altercations and less than memorable experiences with previous real estate agents, that I can take the honour and privilege of offering my thanks and appreciation to James. First and foremost, was his commitment to the sale of our property. No matter what hour of the day it were, James was always available to take calls, answer questions, and even show the property privately to potential purchasers whenever suited them, even collecting them in his nice new car. Secondly, was his manner, presentation and professionalism. This was without question, un-questionable. Lastly, was the perfect execution and negotiation which got the sale over the line. We found the negotiation process extremely well managed, resulting in a great outcome for us. We thank you very much.

A Great Communicator
James Ball of Ballard Property recently assisted me with the purchase of a unit in Coogee. I found James to be very fair and honest in his negotiating, never failing to act in the interests of his client, the vendor, but recognising the realities and shortcomings (and great benefits too!) of the property being sold. He was always informative, provided responses to emailed questions within the hour and ultimately assisted with the Contract exchange after hours, in the circumstances of the vendor being overseas and on a completely different time zone. James was polite and professional throughout and I am happy to recommend him to vendors looking to sell in the areas in which James operates.

James displayed a strong understanding of the marketplace and was very linked into what was happening .....in terms of prices , properties entering or about to enter the market and the impact they would have on our property.His wide base of contacts and drive and determination drove the whole campaign for us. James is always courteous a strong communicator with good negotiation skills.He achieve a strong price in under three weeks.James is very focus on the end game and strives to tick all the boxes for the vendor.
