Having to sell my house, has been one of the hardest things that I had to do in my life. After having one disaster after another, I had no choice but to sell it due to financial hardship (two total write offs) and it hurt. Cara from Synergy, was recommended to me by a family member, and I could not fault Cara’s honesty, professionalism and guidance. My former home was a renovator home when, I bought it in 2007, while parts of the front veranda had been replaced, the majority of the stumps restumped, there was still a lot of do. I advised Cara, that I was aware of the faults in the property and Cara, drafted marketing that reflected my wishes. The house was advertised as a Renovator, for someone willing to roll their sleeves up and do the work, it was never advertised in a dishonest way. The marketing generated lots of interest and I was presented with over 5 offers, all great offers. The final offer that I accepted included no building and pest for $420 000. $420 000 when I had suggested $350 000 is an amazing result. Cara and Tara have been amazing, I cannot fault them or their work. Tim delegated parts of this process to his assistant. He answered his phone when I called and returned calls within 24 hours. In the purchasing process, I spoke with Tara, his assistant, and she was lovely. She was approachable and responsive every step of the way. When I phoned Tim and told him my name, he seemed not to know which property I was purchasing. Tara on the other hand, knew who I was, she was also personable and professional. Presettlment inspection was delayed by this real estate agent at very short notice (less than 5 minutes before) and this was problematic.
