Tim met with us and gave us great advice on how to present our property for sale we had 2 open homes a couple of days apart and had multiple offers on the table in less than a week. Tim and Tara communicated with us throughout the whole process, the photographer was great, the marketing was great and the end result was more than we could of hoped for. Tim is on the top of the game. His knowledge base is very extensive and his contacts are all over Australia, he targets a variety of places to have your property marketed. Tim is very professional and not pushey and if you ring him and he can not answer straight away he will always get back to you that day, as soon as he can. This is the second time I have used Tim once to buy and once to sell. Very easy to deal with. I recommend that if you are lookinf to buy or sell you could not go wrong to buy or sell through him.

Tara was the agent handling the sale of the Unit I purchased, she was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable regarding the unit in question. If she didn’t already know the answer she was able to find it for me in a very timely manner. I was very stressed trying to find a place to purchase as I had sold my home and time was running out, Tara was really helpful in reducing that stress with her calm attitude and guidance. Even on the final walk through she was still going the extra yard to get everything across the line to make my move easier. I wholeheartedly recommend Tara if you are thinking of buying or selling a property here in Bundaberg.
