Tim quickly arranged a viewing of the property for us with agent Tara and we decided pretty much immediately to purchase the property. We purchased our first home in Bundaberg from Tim. He was willing to meet us at unusual times due to our schedule and we never felt like it was an inconvenience. Then we decided to build and Tim was very helpful in giving us feedback on designing our home with a view to sell. The build took much, much longer than expected and as it turned out, we couldn’t move in as we were relocating again. This sale was not that straight forward as we had not been able to landscape or fence the property for various reasons before putting it on the market. Even so, Tim was very willing to take on the sale. He provided us with good marketing information and proposed a sales price we were not expecting to achieve. But he did. In fact, the got us over the asking price and the house sold in five weeks. We would recommend Tim and his team. Tim is different to other agents. He won’t sugar coat the process but the good thing is, no surprises. All the other agents we met with gave us the “agent” sales pitch telling us what they thought we wanted to hear. Not Tim.
