Tara was amazing from start to finish of me buying my property. She is kind, sweet and eager to help. She made the process so simple and happy to help whenever she could. Most real estates didn’t bother helping me looking for other properties while Tara went out of her way and sent me a lot of properties to suit my budget. She found me a property off market and sent it to me straight away. She even offered to pay for the lawn being mowed before settlement because the seller wasn’t agreeable to do it. Would highly recommend Tara if you’re looking at buying or selling a property!

Tim quickly arranged a viewing of the property for us with agent Tara and we decided pretty much immediately to purchase the property. Tara was on leave the following week and Tim took over the transaction, even finding a solicitor for us ( re-locating from Tasmania to settle in Bundy) to handle the legal work! Being a property in a retirement resort, 3 legal teams were involved and Tim kept in close contact with us all the way through to a succesful finish.
