We had such a positive experience purchasing our home through Tamara. It was a particularly complex purchase with a number of conditions attached to our offer, but at no point did we ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. Tamara was always professional, transparent and incredibly easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were quick to respond to all our follow-up questions or track down any extra info we asked for. Having had a really negative buying experience in the past, this genuinely couldn’t have been more different. There were a number of things outside of anyone’s control that caused timelines to extend, but the communication and patience from Tamara and the team remained exceptional throughout. What really stood out to us were the personal touches and check-ins along the way. Tamara is incredibly thoughtful and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel so much easier. We’re so grateful for the way she handled the entire process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the team to buyers or sellers alike.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience selling our home with Tamara and her wonderful team. From start to finish, Tamara was incredibly easy to contact, friendly, helpful and completely transparent. Her market knowledge was immediately clear and she had much more of a modern approach to selling and advertising, which we preferred over other more old-school agents. We had absolute trust in her throughout the whole process and genuinely felt like we were in the best hands. The whole team is fantastic, and a special mention to Maya, who is so lovely, kind and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt supported and kept in the loop. Selling a home can be stressful, but they had everything sorted and under control. We’re so grateful to Tamara (+ Maya and the team) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

Overall we had a great experience with Tamara Hall and her staff. They made the negotiations easy and explained the process. The communication was good and response was great. We had not purchased a home for years so what was at first scary was made easier with the professional assistance of the staff. Would recommend dealing with Tamara Hall as a positive experience.

The style and approach of Tamara and her team made our Wynnum purchase a very positive experience. THP were happy to accommodate our inspection request and supplemented our inspection by providing additional walk-though videos. This was very helpful as we could only undertake one inspection before returning to North Queensland. Tamara’s general approach was to provide helpful information about the property and the locality and not engage in pressure selling tactics (which would have been counter-productive!). Subsequent follow-up questions were responded to in a timely and straightforward manner. Thanks for making our buying experience a positive one.

Tamara and her team were magnificent. Their market knowledge, strategy and attention to detail were outstanding. They kept me informed of the process every step of the way and presented my home immaculately through styling, photography and videography. They definitely went above and beyond. The result was very pleasing and i cannot recommend Tamra and her team highly enough.
