What can we honestly say about our experience other than it was one we will never forget. From day one you said you would fight for us, and you absolutely did. There is too much to say. But the word we used to describe you and your team at your opening night was resilience. You did everything and anything even when you said you have done it all, you still found more. We are grateful for your honesty, fight and your support. We were down and out at some points but you weren’t. To maybe a lot of people selling a house just seems like simply selling a house but it changes the course of your life and you fought for us. This was a simple process, Tamara took the reins here and made the whole process a simple and stress free one. Tamara came in with the best guide price and seemed more eager than the other agents we looked at to sell our property. From the first call with her and her team she was the forerunner, enthusiastic in every call and patient with our questions. Very handy as this was our first experience selling. She put forward a simple list of recommendations for the sale, helped with the advertising expenses and kept in constant contact with us. Her and her assistant, Elke, were always quick with a response to our enquiries and to help find any paperwork we needed for the sale. We absolutely took a back seat and let the team drive the sale in their professional direction, and we were sold in well under a week. I cannot fault a thing in the process, it was easy. I have already recommended them to family looking to sell, they are that trustworthy, and they are that good.
