We have Tamir as our property manager for 4 years, he is always responsible,reliable and available , he would answer you call anytime weekend and after hours. He really does look after my property. Tamir offered us an end to end service with sub division of our block. This was handy for us as we are living in country South Australia. With Tamir looking after the demolition process , the sale of a block of land and then proceeding to assist us with all the building details on the remainder of the land, we have not had to travel many times to make these arrangements etc. Tamir is very pro-active in getting things done and keeping us well informed on progress / issues.
