After purchasing an investment property we were referred to Tamir Dunning by some friends. They had tried many different property agents over the years said he was the best by a country mile and they weren’t wrong. During the the couple of years that we let out the property he was nothing but exceptionally professional, hard working and to the point which we appreciated. His work ethic is second to none and he managed ours and the tenants needs and expectations without hassle. When the time came to sell the property we spoke to a few other selling agents to get the lay of the land but were put off by what appeared to be attempts to lower our expectations or aim for an easy sale.
