After purchasing an investment property we were referred to Tamir Dunning by some friends. They had tried many different property agents over the years said he was the best by a country mile and they weren’t wrong. During the the couple of years that we let out the property he was nothing but exceptionally professional, hard working and to the point which we appreciated. His work ethic is second to none and he managed ours and the tenants needs and expectations without hassle. When the time came to sell the property we spoke to a few other selling agents to get the lay of the land but were put off by what appeared to be attempts to lower our expectations or aim for an easy sale. Accordingly we decided to proceed with Tamir for this process also and his knowledge and research helped set an appropriate asking price that we all agreed upon. Tamir worked hard for the sale going above and beyond with additional private viewings when necessary whilst maintaining consistent dialogue during the process as appropriate and ultimately delivering on what we were after. I have sold a few houses over the years and in my opinion he would have to be one of the best letting & selling agents in Adelaide, a rare thing.
