Exceeded Expectations!
Simon and Rebecca were very thorough during the selling process, always treating our listing with enthusiasm and attention to detail, striving to get the best sale they could. Any questions or issues we had were resolved as we considered various scenarios to get the best outcome. Also appreciated were the regular, detailed updates after each open inspection. After a well-organised and effective three week campaign, the property sold at auction - delivering an amazing result.

Deciding to sell our home with Tanner Real Estate was easy after seeing the track record of "Heart and Sold" signs dotting up around the neighbourhood. Simon and Bec are doing more than running a real estate business with their name above the door, they are building a legacy on customer service, knowing their niche market and building relationships. From sitting down with Simon you will realise that he knows his onions. He'll give you the cold truth about what your property is worth in the market place on that day. He'll then talk through options available to you to build a marketing campaign specific to your house and the current market. Simon and Bec will, of course, make their own recommendations. Neither Bec nor Simon push any option on you, rather justify their recommendations using their previous sales as examples of how they work and why. This all came together for us with a great marketing campaign that saw the property listed in all the usual places but also shown to some select projects that Simon always seems to have in his little black book. Upon Simon and Bec's advice we moved the Auction forward to capitalise on the interest and momentum Simon had created through multiple viewings, cheese and wine evening and even a private walk though or two. One disappointment was us being interstate for the actual auction. We listened in on the phone and could here and feel the excitement Simon-the-showman creates on the day. It would have been great to have witnessed that live! While the successful, over-reserve and record result was seen on the day that was not the end of our relationship with Simon and Bec. They have kept in touch throughout settlement to make sure we were comfortable with the progress.
