Tate Brownlee our principal brings almost 20 years of experience, with over 1000 transactions. His enthusiasm and negotiation skills are evident through his results, achieving a high success rate for sales in the area. Recent achievements include 5x RateMyAgent suburb winner for Banora Point and 3x RateMyAgent suburb winner for Terranora. We run a highly detailed property management division with Kristen Merrion at the helm and several sales agents. If you want your house sold quickly with no fuss this is the team to see. My property sold after only 18 days on the market. Tate was very professional and understanding of all my concerns through out the process. Tahlia was awesome with the advertising campaign and also very understanding. Cassandra was great with the open homes and very approachable. I recommend them highly. So if you want to sell, you're in very good hands.
