This was my second time dealing with Tate and the first time in the sale of a property, sadly this was the sale of a family home post separation. Having worked in the area and in the real estate industry for many years, we chose Tate because we were both satisfied that he would provide us unbiased service in what was a difficult time. Tate from the outset was exceptional in his communication style, ensuring both selling parties were provided with quality useful information. Tate at all times maintained a balanced approach and employed multiple communication channels to ensure everyone remained on the same page with exactly the same advice. We were initially surprised by Tate's marketing knowledge and skill,s but quickly became confident in Tate's ability to market our home successfully ( We spent approximately $2000). The timing and delivery of his video and social media campaign was exceptional, which resulted in some 70+ inspections and a sale well under the average selling time in Terranora. This result more than justified the cost of the marketing. I was extremely impressed by Tates tenacity and never say die attitude after 2 fall overs he just simply did not drop the ball. I would have no problems in recommending Tate and i'm sure family and friends will now engage his services based on his performance during on this transaction.

Honestly Tate has been a great support for Us for the last 6 months and I would not hesitate to recommend him. We have been trying to use him as both buyer and seller but to date only have the ability to rate his sales. Hopefully though...,,and yes I would trust him.

Rachel did a great job, very professional and friendly. Had 1 average conversation with Tate, came across as busy and slightly unavailable, definitely represents the vendors interests, would have written things off of not for Rachel. She was always available and answered texts and emails in a timely manner.

We were buying from Tamworth, a 7 hour drive away. Tate was easily contactable after our initial inspection (ably assisted by Rachel) and gave us information about building inspectors etc to help our decision-making. He also assisted in facilitating a further inspection on Christmas Eve as it was the only time we would be back in the area. Tate was polite, helpful, and was proactive in getting us the house we wanted. Thanks very much.
