Our initial meeting with Tate Brownlee and Carolyn Bruckner, a sales consultant with the Raine & Horne team provided us with a level of confidence in their knowledge and ability to effectively market the property. Both Tate and Carolyn are very personable and made us feel comfortable with what lay ahead and how best to manage our expectations. Tate was very proficient in outlining the strategy that needed to be adopted to attract genuine interest from prospective buyers. The weekly inspections that followed attracted potential buyers on each occasion and resulted in several positive leads. This was supported by strong follow up activity, particularly by Carolyn, who kept us informed of the levels of interest and maintained regular and effective communication to keep us abreast of the trending market. We commend Tate in his efforts to maintain a strategic oversight throughout the inspection period combined with his effective negotiation skills with interested parties. A testament to his prowess was evident in the eventual sale of our property. Despite the purchaser withdrawing after an initial attempt to buy the property and showing strong interest elsewhere, Tate was able to get him back and successfully negotiated and concluded the sale. We met Tate and his team on a few occasions when we were looking at open homes each weekend for a couple of months. All the houses we were looking at were within a few ks of each other, Tate gave us more information on the surrounding area than we thought we knew ourselves. With this knowledge we used it to our advantage, as we now knew where the market was at. We finally found a house that we liked, and best part of all Tate was the agent. My immediate thought was "I sort of had a relationship going with Tate so we may be able to strike a good deal" But I was wrong hahaha, I offered $20 - $50k less then he was asking but he put up a good fight to make it fair for both parties involved. When we finally agreed on a price the settlement was awesome!! He pretty much had everything sorted, all the stress was taking care of so we ended up settled quicker than normal. If we are to sell our house in the future I will definitely use Tate as it felt like buying through a friend, rather than a Fake stranger!!

Tate was the selling agent on my property and was listed with multiple agents I was so happy with his conduct that I now have all my rental property’s with his agency as well. He consistently kept me informed at every stage and achieved $5000 more than I was hoping to get but most importantly he was available for me when ever I needed him amazing effort over all.
