Tate was the principal at Ray White Banora Point initially and now at Raine and Horne Banora Point where I owned my property for over 5 years. Tate is one of the most approachable and credible prople I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He was always readily available when I need something. He would always do what was in the best interest of me the owner and not for making a buck. His level of experience and knowledge in his field was far beyond others I have met and it was well on display whenever I had dealings with him. I would recommend him and his staff in any dealings with your property sale, management or purchasing as he will always work hard for you the customer.

Tate had a very difficult task with us needing a certain figure in mind, a 5 month settlement so our daugther could finish school and we have home 30 days to sell as it wasn’t even on the market. Day 28 he had a buyer for a figure we were both happy with and 5 months to settle. Being new to the tweed, I now call Tate a friend and will enjoy doing business with him and his team in the future. Caroline and Tate did a wonderful job at selling our house under a month campaign and we were very happy with the price. Recommended an excellent stylist to bring out the best features in our property and all of the people who work for him are extremely professional down to the people who run the open houses and his personal assistant. Having the team of two people selling our property was wonderful. Caroline with her honest and caring approach immediately resonated with me as a person that we could trust as our agent and someone that the buyers would feel the same way about. "Impressed" is the first word that comes to mind. Tate said "I will get you the best price possible in the current market and in the shortest possible time"". Well, the property was on the market for one week followed by a home open, we had two offers that day and signed a contract the following week. The property sold for just a few thousand under the asking price recommended by Tate. I was impressed! The entire transaction was smooth and professional, we were kept informed and guided every step of the way. After settlement it was very clear that Tate new his stuff and that he was a man of his word. Thanks also to Tate and his team for everything they have done. We were also impressed at how his property management team looked after the property for us during the time we owned it. Thanks guys.
