The open houses each week were conducted with enthusiasm and Tate was always full of up to date market information and knowledge. He was always open and honest with us with feedback from potential buyers. I believe it was Tate's ability to communicate with both us the home owners and potential buyers that enabled such a smooth process in finding us the right buyer for our property. When I sell next time there is only one agent we would use and that is Tate.
