Tracey & Suzanne provided the highest level of customer service during the sale of 18 Coastal Rise which due to a number of factors became a challenging property to sale. Their communication skills whilst dealing with the seller, purchaser and tenant were of the highest quality. Their predicted valuation of the property and subsequent marketing was excellent and their costs were very competitive.
