Sam and his team member Dana Cameron were extremely supportive and encouraging towards me as the sole preparer of my 5 1/2 acre property for sale. My niche property being in the beautiful rural valley of Wakefield with close proximity to Newcastle. Very few properties come up for sale in Wakefield, which made it very difficult for them to determine a price. Sam discussed with me marketing strategies including testing the market and let potential buyers determine the value of the property. This strategy worked well for my property and a price range was then advertised after 3 weeks of going on the market. I had weekly open days and private walk throughs. By week 5 , I had an offer, then a week later a higher offer which I accepted. He also involved me with every decision along the unfamiliar and difficult journey of selling a property as I really was very inexperienced in the real estate game. Sam and Dana kept me up to date nearly on a daily basis. They were optimistic and enthusiastic about selling my property which instilled in me confidence and trust. They were very reassuring and always had my best interest at heart. I would certainly entrust Sam Taylor and Dana Cameron if the need arose.
