I would highly reccomend Sam Taylor & his team to other sellers & buyers of property. Their knowledge of the area & of house trends was excelent, the hints on how to get property ready for sale was valuable, they were very professional at all time. Again I would reccomend they to other sellers & buyers.

TaylorHedley came highly recommended and they lived up to the expectation. Sam and Beau were well presented and provided us with the confidence that they would represent our property to the highest standard. The property was well marketed. The interest exceeded our expectations resulting in a quick sale.

This is the second home that Matt has sold for me. His good character led me to seek him out again to guide me through the sale process. I am most appreciative of Matt for his regular updates so that I’m kept informed of everything that is happening. He always returns my phone calls, texts, emails & notes on messaging apps. Matt has gone above and beyond, dealing with multiple family members, including a 100yr old & 103yr old! He has dealt professionally with all the ups and downs that selling a house presents. After all, how many agents turn up early for a house viewing with windex and a rag?! Above all, Matt has proven that as a devoted family man, he is of good character and morals. Your close knit Real Estate Agency shines through with happy supportive energy. Thank you Matt for all you have done for me and my family, we appreciate your above standard work ethics, communication skills, tireless effort and happy nature. I most definitely recommend Matt for your Real Estate needs, he really ‘knows his stuff’ and treats his clients with respect. His interactions with all the stake holders involved are professional and Matt does his very best for his clients. Many thanks Matt, and to your whole team as well.

Nothing is too difficult. He is attentive but not pushy, he leaves space for you to make your own decision. He follows up when needed. We loved working with Sam, Beau and Mack while selling our home. The team were up for the challenge and we felt grateful for the commitment, particularly as the sale grew difficult in an uncertain market. Thank you for your transparency and attention to every detail, we know you had your work cut out for you with this one - multiple photo shoots and all ;) and you never stopped trying to achieve a great result for us! THANK YOU! Special thanks to John also, we all know who I trusted most with my candles hehe 😜
