our property was on the market for a day or two and Lukas provided us with genuine offers, all above the anticipated price point. We don't live near the property and he took care of the building and pest issues on our behalf, which didn't end up costing us a dollar. His communication is great and honest, unlike some agents where they feed BS to the owners to keep them with the agency. Highly recommend Lukas - has been a great experience.
