Lukas was assigned to our sale after our phone call to get an appraisal to sell mums house. Lukas had a detailed knowledge of the local market and had a good plan to sell mums house which I took to my sisters who also agreed it was a sound plan. Deciding to do styling as the house was empty was a great decision and we believe it gave us the best price for mums house. Any questions we had during the first couple of busy days were answered swiftly and with sound advice. We were kept informed at all stages and were lucky to get a quick sale which was beneficial in our situation. Lukas was amazing right from our first contact. The sale of my property was very eventful a odyssey even, with saying that not once did Lucas show anything other than strength, determination, kindness and patience! All while I was the total opposite. From a inherited hording issue, to vandalism, to 2 failed contracts (buyers issues), and a cyclone thrown in for good measure... We’ve brought land through Brad before & have had kept in contact over the years when we’ve needed market advice before building on our block just to confirm that we weren’t over capitalising in the area, Brad’s been more the helpful with advice & his knowledge of the market when we’ve contacted him so I wouldn’t engage anyone else to complete the sail of our Airlie Beach unit.
