Great communicator
Nick was excellent. We purchased the property sight unseen. Nick took us on a virtual tour using Facetime and we felt comfortable that the property was in good order and what we wanted prior to going to contract. He sourced all the information that we needed in a timely fashion. To date we still have not seen the inside of our unit or met with Nick, however, will do so in the coming days and thank Nick personally then.

Wonderful and clear communication aroud what we were looking for service wise.

Melinda Butcher is an absolute force.
Mel originally sold me my property years ago, so when I made the decision to sell again there wasn't a second thought about who I needed to contact, she is, in mine and many others opinions, the best of the best. Mel worked with me effortlessly, with not only her professionalism and knowledge within the Real Estate area but in a way that makes you feel heard, seen and comfortable. My property was internally advertised within days, and I was receiving updates as soon as she was. The property was tenanted, making the situation a little more difficult, I thought, but Mel went above and beyond in her efforts to reassure them that they had nothing to worry about and walk them through the process step by step, creating a place of ease. The sale was not a straight forward one, especially with me being over seas for a large chunk of it, but with every hiccup Mel was there with a solution. My property has gone unconditional within 6 weeks of my initial call. Her hard work and dedication is a testament to her character and 5 stars doesn't even come close to the review she deserves.
