Kaeren Smith was the agent for my purchase & later sale of a Tweed Heads property. As it was leased, she had to arrange all inspections after conferring with the occupant. This was neither a straightforward operation for her at either event. When purchasing, she described the potentials of the property for me in detail - balcony use, privacy with shutters, the view, the fact that the view would not be built out, & so on. The later sale took a few weeks, as one buyer dropped out after a time, however another buyer was found soon after & the sale proceeded. I am very pleased with the service provided & would return to TCR Real Estate if I was again interested in buying. I believe Michael Smith also contacted a potential buyer from the list of inspections. A true family business!

We could not recommend Kaeren from TCR - Tweed Coolangatta Real Estate highly enough. Her professionalism and communication is outstanding. 12 years ago Michael Smith was the selling agent for a property I bought. First impressions count and because of this I asked Michael to be my selling agent for the same property which I have just sold. Both experiences (both as a buyer and a seller) have been great and this is due to Michael's proficiency as an agent. He knows the markets, does not pressure for sales, and is a genuinely honest and nice man. Me, and my family wouldn't hesitate in using Michael again.
