12 years ago Michael Smith was the selling agent for a property I bought. First impressions count and because of this I asked Michael to be my selling agent for the same property which I have just sold. Overall we were satisfied with the result. It was a different market to 1 year ago, so we expected to get far less than then . Under the current circumstances with interest rates increasing each month buyers were few and far between. Our agent was consistent and hung in, and overall we were more than satisfied with her efforts to sell the property. We would have no doubts in recommending TCR to anyone. Polite, efficient and trustworthy.

Michael made himself available for us to look at this property a couple of times. Each time we had questions and when Michael didn't know the answer we would go away and then he would phone us with the information we requested.
