When we were looking at selling Kaeren was very helpful in advising the market pricing for our unit complex. She made recommendations and fully explain the NSW legislation re sales as we are from Queensland things are a little different. Kaeren looked after us as the vendor not the buyer. Always kept us up to date with what was happening. She would answer any question I had even if it seems silly. We originally had engaged Kaeren to rent our tweed property. I selected Kaeren at this time due to her upfront information and not just telling us what we wanted to her but what the market was doing. She was always very helpful particularly when there were boarder closures and we could not get down to our unit or Tweed to do things.
