Achieving the impossible
We asked Minka to sell our home as she had already sold one of our homes previously. We made a very quick decision to sell and so by the time Minka came to appraise our home we only had a very short time to market, sell and go unconditional.....in fact only 19 days! Minka was up to the task and she went straight into plan mode with the fabulous Di assisting in styling the home for photos to make it look incredible. We trusted in Minka’s ability to know the market and to get us the best result and even under pressure she not only delivered but exceeded the street record price! We got the contract we needed and it was all signed sealed and delivered in time - Minka is without hesitation the most dedicated and knowledgeable agent we have dealt with and we would recommend her to anyone buying or selling. Thank you Minka, Greera and Di for achieving the impossible and for all your care and support throughout - you are an awesome team and we loved having you on board to help us with our dream.

Best Agent on the Sunshine Coast
Minka is certainly the BEST agent that I have ever met. The ultimate professional. True to her word, genuine, a friend and will always deliver what she says and more. This is the second property of mine that she has sold. Tell me how many agents can have a contract of sale in your hand after three days of a property being advertised and shown.

Absolutely Fabulous Agent
