Top class agent
Minka made this sale process the easiest I have experienced. Her market knowledge, extensive database and excellent negotiation skills secured me a higher than expected price within 3 days. Minka demonstrates integrity higher than many agents I have met on the Coast. I recommend her without hesitation.

Walks the talk
Luke and his team have handled the management of our properties for nearly 5 years. His team worked consistently to ensure our properties were tenanted, maintained and our interests well represented at all times. Residing a distance from our properties his team communicated all relevant information in a timely and professional manner. Any maintenance issues were rectified using a proven network of tradespersons. When we made the decision to reduce our presence in the market Luke with his depth of local knowledge was the logical choice. With accurate estimates and a structured process the sales process went flawlessly with Luke communicating with both us and the buyers regularly. As our second property settles effortlessly we're comfortable in the knowledge that when the time comes to further reduce our presence in market we will simply need to call Luke and his team.
