Solomon did what he set out to do and sold our house quickly and at a price we were happy with. However, it was a very stressful time due to their lack of communication (we were not even told when the house went on the internet). Luckily found it ourselves so we could confirm our opening times. Had to keep ringing regarding having signs put up (didn't happen) . Should I mention that no-one even turned up on one opening time? There didn't seem to be a problem with communication once the house sold !

We just wanted to thank Team Solomon for everything they did to sell our property at 43 Anchorage Drive, Raby Bay. Firstly they achieved a 20% price premium over what other high profile Raby Bay agents told us we could expect. Where others put their effort into trying to talk us down and undermine our confidence in our property they actually talk us up and always remained focused and positive on what they could deliver for us. However what we are most appreciative of is the support they have shown us when our longstanding contract fell through after we had moved back to the UK. Again the team stayed positive and set about getting new photo's done and marketing our property. They also went above and beyond to help us sell our furniture, home stage the house and manage the pool and garden to keep it looking it's best and achieve an above market sale for the second time!
