I have dealt with many agents over the years, I have to say that in the future there is no one I would even consider dealing with than Solomon and his team of wonderful agents and exceptional administration staff (people usually forget about the office staff - in the background making everything tick and work) . Solomon made the selling process so easy. I will happily recommend him to anyone thinking of selling or buying. Thank you so so much

Have been associated with Solomon and his team for many years now. He has been such a great guide when it comes to real estate. Very trustworthy, extremely reliable and always available. The team is highly dedicated and takes complete ownership of the job and gave me a very good result on the property. Highly recommend Solomon and his team to everyone looking to sell and buy

We had a very good experience with Solomon and his team. Solomon always went above and beyond, he even ran around until 9pm one night to ensure a contract was signed so we could immediately commence proceedings first thing the next morning! We were always kept in the loop by the team too. The sale was both quick and painless. Would definitely recommend Team Solomon.

Catherine, Sol and all the Team are 'masters' of their business! Communication was brilliant as was their attention to every small detail - a very smooth transaction - they are my agents for life and I'll be letting all my friends know!

We attended an open home that Solomon was conducting. We mentioned that we were on the market with our own property. Amazingly within a couple of days we had achieved a sale from a client that Solomon had knowledge of. We cannot thank Solomon enough for the total professional approach he has. His knowledge of the market conditions is outstanding and he is a thoroughly nice guy to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending Solomon and his team to any prospective vendor. He certainly achieves results.

From the first phone call from Solomon, then our initial meeting at the open Home and his advice regarding the property and the ideas he suggested with possible renovations, I found Solomon very easy to talk to and welcoming. Then, with the process of an offer being made and accepted, help with contacts for Solicitors and Tradesmen etc, I have found him willing, professional and extremely easy to deal with. Thank you Soloy, Tomas and Team Solomon for being truly professional on all aspects of buying a beautiful home. Cheers Dwane Carroll

Kept me informed. Highly recommend buying or selling through Solomon - even though you squeezed the most amount of money out of me :)
