I gave Nathan a premise of selling my mother’s property.. he’s advice was spot on . Quick sale for the right price and a quick settlement. His knowledge of price variations in a small town was critical to get the sale across the line . Thanks

Nathan has good market knowledge and has worked with us over a number of months to find a property that is suitable. He is open and honest and kept us informed at all stages of the purchasing process. Nathan was flexible and generous with his time and coordinated visits to the property (and other properties) when we requested them. Any information we required that Nathan didn't know he was willing to seek out. It's been a really positive experience working with Nathan to buy a property in Crescent Head.
