My previous agent promised a lot and delivered very little but kept asking for more significant marketing $$ on the road to nowhere. I likened it to a big game safari where we crashed into a tree on leaving the accommodation on the first day (the auction). Having been promised an elephant early on, I was subsequently presented with a meerkat as our four-wheel drive lurched through the game park leaking fuel badly. I had to terminate before she came back with a mouse or we ran out of fuel. Jennifer by contrast knew the market well, defined the expected price within a narrow range based on the comparable data and her experience in the area and delivered a buyer from her network within 10 days within that range.
