Fantastic Agent
This is the third property I have sold with Terri (I have also purchased two properties from her). Terri always advising a realistic price for your property yet always manages to get a sale price that exceeds expectation. Terri always communicates daily during the sales process (and even after the sale is complete, will keep in touch). Terri is a fantastic agent who you can trust.

Retired and On Our Way
Terri was recommended to us by a very good friend. She came to our home in the middle of our doing a mini make over. Her opinion of our home was still very enthusiastic. She was not daunted by our big rock which takes up most of our back yard. Terri was always available any time we needed to talk and kept us up to date on all matters. We would highly recommend her and we would definitely use her again, if the occasion arose.

Excellent agent!
I highly recommend Terri Mackay. In a market where it was difficult to get an offer acknowledged let alone put forward to the vendor Terri Mackay was a blessing. On meeting me at an open home she took the time to find out my requirements and financial position. When I ordered a building inspection she accommodated this request prior to offer knowing I was a serious buyer. My purchase was negotiated within the week. Exchange was drawn out by the vendor but Terri kept me informed throughout the process and was honest, respectful and helpful. Terri demonstrates great skill in matching properties to the right buyer by actively listening to buyer needs while still achieving the best sale price for her vendor.
