If you're looking for an agent who's straight up with the vendors, doesn't play games and tells the truth, you had best look elsewhere. We were very frustrated playing silly games when trying to negotiate a price. After being told fables about the quality of the renovations, integrity of the owner and their "no corners cut" approach, we took the bait. We've since moved in to discover the renovations were slapped together by an evidently unskilled handyman leaving a litany of defects, flaws and deep-seated issues with this building that are now ours to be haunted by. Thanks for the lies Terri!
