My sisters and I found Chris to very professional and knowledgeable, particularly with the Balmain area. Chris provided us with constant updates through phone calls, emails and group chats using WhatsApp. Chris kept us informed of all potential buyers how many contracts were requested, second visits including his thoughts on how the proceedings would pan out. Chris was a great help in the recent purchase of our property. We only came to see the property late at night a few days before auction.
