A passionate, knowledgeable and experienced approach!
Todd has been excellent to work with while selling our home. I was chasing a Real Estate expert that was as passionate about my part of the world as I was, and Todd delivered. He has worked to develop his Real Estate approach and knowledge over the many years that I have known him to be a presence in the region, and is top of the game. What set Todd apart was that he worked within a team to provide broad and tailored advice and service to us as the vendor. Both Brit and Jess who work with Todd were there by my side throughout the whole journey, making life easier. We were in the buying market as well as selling, so my decision to go with Todd and the team stemmed from that process. They were the only Real Estate who made contact with me after I visited many open houses to check in and gauge what I thought of a property. Todd's professionalism, openness, and availability made the process enjoyable and the fact that we were able to achieve a sale result that was above my expectations, was the icing on the cake. Loved working with Brit and the Team
Brit made the process of selling our house enjoyable and exciting. Her positive attitude and availability made it easy for me to contact her and talk through any questions or concerns. Brit's market knowledge and dressing the house for sale, was incredibly valuable. When you don't sell houses very often, it can be quite stressful, however Brit and the team are able to ditch the riddles and "real estate speak" and get back to basics in order to ensure that I was able to fully understand each step of the process.
