Getting slack
I first chased down Todd 2yrs ago after reading his Positive reviews. Back then he followed up on any questions & had plenty of advice & suggestions to offer. Unfortunately the market did not meet our requirements. More recently we Re engaged Todd to list our property. I did not have a very positive experience, however Britt (Todd's assistant/understudy?) picked up the ball & ran.

Expert in the area
Katrina is an excellent communicator and a real expert in the Norman Gardens area. She was conscientious, enthusiastic and honest in her approach, which resulted in a good outcome in a short time period. This was particularly important to me as the property was sitting vacant and I was in a different location. Katrina kept me informed about the state of the property and when mowing was required etc. She was even able to arrange a short notice mow when it was necessary, so the house would present at its best for the open house. I would certainly use Katrina's knowledge and expertise if I was going to sell again.
