Having Chris as our sales agent has felt more like working with a friend. We first met Chris when she was out letterbox dropping and we were clearing out a family member’s deceased estate. We invited her in to give her honest opinion of the property with prospect to place it on the market. We ended up purchasing the extremely rundown property. Chris has gone above and beyond all expectations throughout the journey of restoration and renovation. She has been on the end of the phone, called in to visit, supported and encouraged us all the way. Finally the house was finished and the decision to sell led to us listing with Chris. From the first time that Chris visited our place through to the sale, she was extremely helpful and communicated regularly.
