When I first met Chris at an open house a few years ago I was not thinking of selling my home at that time, but I was impressed with her and we stayed in touch. Our family recently returning to Hong Kong meant we were free to pursue our dream of moving to the Sunshine Coast. Once that decision was made things moved very quickly. We affectionately nicknamed Chris “The Captain “. Chris was wonderfully supportive, organised and focused on helping us get our house ready, marketed, styled and sold in record time. Nothing is too much trouble for Chris. She’s very experienced and can read the room. After the first open Chris said “I’m opening tomorrow ( Sunday). Again meeting the market she scheduled further inspections on the Tuesday. Chris assessed correctly the high level of interest and worked with the interested parties to seal the deal 5 days after the first inspection. Chris is courteous, professional, communicates with all parties and totally focused. You won’t find a better agent.

Having Chris as our sales agent has felt more like working with a friend. We first met Chris when she was out letterbox dropping and we were clearing out a family member’s deceased estate. We invited her in to give her honest opinion of the property with prospect to place it on the market. We ended up purchasing the extremely rundown property. Chris has gone above and beyond all expectations throughout the journey of restoration and renovation. She has been on the end of the phone, called in to visit, supported and encouraged us all the way. Finally the house was finished and the decision to sell led to us listing with Chris. Throughout the sale campaign Chris has kept us up to date on with the data. She has established rapport with the potential buyers.
