When it came time to sell our investment, I asked Cathryn for an appraisal as from my research I could see she had achieved great sales results - not just in our area, but across Sydney. On appraisal, Cathryn was extremely careful and sensitive to the concerns and privacy of our tenants and talked me through her appraisal on the spot. She had done her research well and knew exactly what we were looking to achieve. She was impressive from day 1, so she was an easy choice. Once engaged, the fantastic service continued. Everything was very well planned and rolled-out extremely quickly - Cathryn helped us tidy up some items that needed attention, photos were taken that weekend, ads were posted after that and the first open house was held the following weekend. Cathryn maintained frequent communications throughout the planning process and gave a detailed report following the open. A week later, we had received the offer we needed, accepted and signed... SOLD! We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to sell.

When I first met Chris at an open house a few years ago I was not thinking of selling my home at that time, but I was impressed with her and we stayed in touch. Our family recently returning to Hong Kong meant we were free to pursue our dream of moving to the Sunshine Coast. Once that decision was made things moved very quickly. We affectionately nicknamed Chris “The Captain “. Chris was wonderfully supportive, organised and focused on helping us get our house ready, marketed, styled and sold in record time. Nothing is too much trouble for Chris. She’s very experienced and can read the room. After the first open Chris said “I’m opening tomorrow ( Sunday). Again meeting the market she scheduled further inspections on the Tuesday. Chris assessed correctly the high level of interest and worked with the interested parties to seal the deal 5 days after the first inspection. Chris is courteous, professional, communicates with all parties and totally focused. You won’t find a better agent.
