From the first time that Chris visited our place through to the sale, she was extremely helpful and communicated regularly. She kept me informed and up to date after every opening and before hand too. She was able to do this around my work schedule. I was in hospital when my unit came up for sale. I was totally relieved when Cathryn undertook to sell it.
