Responsive and delivers on her promise
Cathryn did a great job selling our property. She consistently delivered great service and her knowledge of the local market was helpful in the current real estate climate. Attentive with great product knowledge
We were very thankful to Brad for bringing this fabulous apartment to market. Brad and his team were always available to answer our questions throughout the campaign and beyond the auction; his knowledge of the apartment's attributes and the local attractions were accurate, extensive and very helpful. Brad made the process very easy and we would recommend him without hesitation to buyers or sellers in the local area.

A very good experience, Represents her Agency very well.
Cathryn attended to the sale in a professional manner. She negotiated the sale price on my behalf to reach a satisfactory result for the seller, as they were pushing to conclude the sale, and on my part the buyer Cathryn presented a reasonable price. All together i would think a happy buyer and seller. I have been to other open for inspections where Cathryn was in charge and she presented well, imparted information in a knolagable way, and gave a clear concise summery of the property and its advantages.

High enthusiasm, energy and organisation!
We were really happy to work with Chris. Chris is highly organised making sure there is no down time getting the property ready for sale, she will stay on top of the entire process and guide you through it all. Chris is highly responsive and always made herself available to meet with potential buyers. We were so happy to partner with Chris on the sale of our apartment. We sold out property during a time when the market was subdued, and Chris made the difference in the flat period.

Very helpful and professional
