Energetic, very supportive and totally professional
Chris assisted us with with the sale of our parents property. From the very start she could see the potential of the house and provided expert advice on how we could best achieve our objectives. She was contactable 24/7 and nothing was ever too much to ask. Most importantly, when the campaign commenced Chris provided honest and trusted advice, and worked transparently and professionally with all parties. Sale of 12 Talfourd St Glebe NSW
We entrusted Chris with the sale of our property in Glebe and right from the beginning were so impressed with her enthusiasm and her professionalism. She managed every aspect of the sale in a way that gave us great confidence. She organised 2 stylists to come and give us quotes. We were delighted with the result. She had excellent knowledge of the market and knew immediately when a similar property nearby came on the market and what that would mean for our property. She arranged extra opening times when requested by potential buyers. She gave us feedback and updates after each opening and worked until nearly midnight on a Friday night to secure the sale. We always had trust and confidence that she was working hard for us and guided us expertly through what can be a highly stressful process. We could not have been happier with the result. We highly recommend Chris for her integrity, her professionalism and her enthusiasm. We feel so lucky to have had her as our agent in the marketing and selling of our house.

Chris was outstanding with her market knowledge, experience and communication from the moment we met her. I could not speak highly enough about her. She did an amazing job and I commend her to everybody. Chris went over and above her duties and assisted us right from the beginning for example physically carrying furniture etc up to our council clean up as I have a spinal cord injury and am unable to lift. She even climbed up a ladder to show the painters exactly what they had to do. Chris was just amazing and I highly recommend her. I will be forever grateful to Chris Cantarella.
