We've been through this buy process several times and finding an agent that is easy to work with from the buyer side is difficult. Chris listened to our needs and accommodated accordingly. The Vendor's interest were always first. However, Chris worked alongside us to meet where the Vendor was satisfied and we were happy as well. We had a special challenge for Chris as the property we were looking at had a no NO PET bylaw. Chris negotiated and worked with the Strata to consider our case so that we could comfortably commit and be satisfied at the end. We would happily work with Chris in another Buy/Sell engagement.
