Cathy made it easy. Work that was needed to be done pre-sale was organised, many people were taken through, both in "open for inspections" and out of hours. Any thing that came up on the way through was dealt with promptly- the advice to dress the unit was definitely the right call! We were kept informed all through in terms of interest, negatives and positives, and were given good advice on setting a reserve. We ended up with 4 bidders, and were very happy with the final price, which was well above our original expectations. Would I recommend and use Cathy again? You bet!
