Recently I purchased an investment property in Bondi via The Agency with Chris Cantarella Graeme Anderson. Previously I have been looking for 5 months and got increasingly frustrated by manipulating techniques used by other real estate agencies (deceivingly low price guides, rejection of the offers at the indicated price and use of this information at the auction etc...). Opposite to my previous experiences, Chris and Graeme were very open about the pricing expectation, their price guide was very close to final purchase price. Both Chris and Graeme were very helpful throughout the whole purchase and settlement period always ready to answer my questions and provide advice even outside of usual working hours. I can confidently recommend them as honest and reliable real estate agents.

We recently purchased a property off Tony. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and informative and I was particularly impressed with his communication throughout the process. We are all busy, yet Tony managed to keep us informed via phone/email/text throughout the sales and negotiation process which really helped and I guess ensured we stayed focused on the property and were eventually successful in buying it. He had a good team around him and they have maintained contact throughout the process and it has been a positive experience.
