We have known Vikki for almost 6 years and have been both buyer and seller a few times in that period. Vikki is an absolute pleasure both as an agent and personally. She loves her job and genuinely cares about her clients. As well as being super professional, Vikki is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very approachable. She always goes above and beyond and nothing is a bother. Wouldn't even consider any other agent for future sales/purchases. Thank you Vikki.

We found Vikki and Susan an absolute pleasure to deal with. They made the process so easy, and we are excited for settlement. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went over and above to make sure everything went smoothly.

Rhys has been great to work with across the whole sale process. We were always kept up to date along the way with feedback and interest and ultimately were able to achieve a very good result. An excellent operator.

Jess had to work hard for this sale on behalf of my elderly grandmother. She was with us the whole way from preparing the property for sale through to signing on the dotted line. She has been very attentive and has communicated extremely well throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too hard and as such Jess has been a delight to do business with.

We came to know Vikki Plehan in 2018 at the time we purchased the apartment she has just sold for us. We kept in touch with Vikki over the last five years, as we were keen to stay in tune with the Burleigh Heads and winder Gold Coast market - Vikki has a great knowledge of the Gold Coast market, plus it was always enjoyable and fun catching-up with her - she loves what she does. Her performance in selling our apartment in November 2023 was outstanding in all respects. One of us has practiced law for over 35 years in commercial property and so well know what is involved in negotiating the sale of real-estate. Vikki's expertise, professionalism, communication skills, reporting and updating, was all first class, and she achieved a record price for apartments in our building. It was a pleasure to have Vikki take care of this transaction for us and we highly recommend her services.

I regularly buy and sell properties so have been lucky enough to meet quite a few agents over the years. Have to say Vikki is "Next Level Amazing". Along with being an absolutely professional, friendly and approachable. She was onto every single detail required to make sure we got the best possible price. I've never come across an agent so interested in my property, so interested in every aspect in order to understand what she was selling. I also loved the feedback she gave on possible improvements or fixes to help maximize sell price and reduce buyer objections. Not sure I will be able to use a different agent now, she has set the benchmark to high.

Rhys was very accommodating and went out of his way to help and made personal sacrifices to get us through the property when it suited us, and because of that, we bought the property. Had it not been for his dedication to the task of selling the property I am sure we would have bought elsewhere.

Rhys' communication skills were superb,he and Jess went the extra mile. Rhys stopped everything and showed the eventual buyer our property on a Sunday afternoon. He is friendly and personable and i'd highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling.
