Great communication and prompt service
I had a great experience dealing with Sophie and Courtney while arranging new tenants for my property. They were both really easy to deal with and kept me well informed throughout the entire process, from the initial tenant changeover through to the application and approval process. They were proactive, responsive and completed everything promptly, which meant the property was occupied again quickly with minimal hassle. Great communication, prompt service and a very professional approach. I’d definitely recommend Sophie and Courtney to anyone looking for a reliable property management team.

My partner and I are grateful for getting our rental being approved. We didn’t expect that we were able to get it that quick. Thank you for Courtney and Sophie for helping us with our application to have this place. Chris and Christine

The easiest rental application process we have ever been threw.
Sophie was the most nicest, easiest property manager to talk too. Went above and got an inspection scheduled for the day we contacted real estate about the rental and had us approved, signed and keys in 3 days. We where so thankful. Highly recommend!
