Jordan did a great job selling our property. At all times he was professional and he kept us update of the progress of enquirers on our property on a timely basis. His knowledge of the property market in our area was second to none. He was great when communicating with potential buyers and definitely was a key factor in us getting a sale price we were happy with. We would not hesitate to use Jordan again if we decided to sell another property. He is seriously just a genuine guy (something you don't usually hear about estate agents). He definitely went above and beyond what was required by an agent and put in 110% effort during the sale process. I could not fault Jordan in his approach.

Jordan is enthusiastic, efficient and knowledgeable. He has excellent communication skills and kept us informed at every stage of our sale. His advice on marketing our property, tips on getting our house ready for sale and his superior negotiation skills resulted in a sale price 20% above what we expected. We had 100 people through our open house and sold our property within the first week. I'm convinced this is due to Jordan's marketing and sales process and that we wouldn't have gotten the same result with another agent.
