Entering the market in the midst of the COVID pandemic was a concern for me but I had to sell. David and Poppy were prompt, professional and their priority on open communication on marketing progress and property interest was impressive. Every time I called David or he called me, I felt like I was the only client on his books even though it is clear that he and his team are very busy. Their premium fee is worth it in my opinion having a wide spread representation geographically and also having a diverse workforce covering many languages.
