Greg guided us through the whole marketing and selling process His experience and knowledge was obvious when we first met him...he knew the market He was honest and straight forward when we discussed our expectations and we knew where we stood in the current market He clearly laid out marketing and advertising costs at our first meeting which he believed would work for us . He followed up and sounded out buyers who he knew had an interest in the property and then advised we go to auction when about 5 keen buyers were identified His communication with us was great prior to and during the auction The right advice, we had a successful auction with the winning bid coming in above our reserve price..great result Agent fees were also reasonable Thanks Greg

I have no hesitation in recommending Aaron and Devine, we live interstate and were trying to organise the sale of my mothers unit. After speaking to a number of agents in Strathfield we decided to engage Aaron and Devine.
