We chose Greg because his sales approach of using a pre- auction marketing campaign and then move to auction in need appealed to us. This gave us the opportunity to sell the property ahead of auction if an appropriate offer was received, but it also gave us the alternate to move to action if the setting was right. He also introduced us to a stylist who assisted prepare the property for sale, which further added to the marketability of the property. The marketing campaign went well and we had a number of interested buyers so Greg suggested we go to formal auction. The auction went extremely well and we achieved above reserve by a large amount. The results were a combination of strong buyer interest as result of the campaign, well presented apartment with assistance from Stylist, and the good work on the day of the Auctioneer. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend Greg to those looking to sell.

It's our first time selling, and I'd always heard that sale process was up there with some of life's most challenging events in terms of how stressful it could be. After an exhaustive (and exhausting) search for the right home for our family, we found 'the one'. Having dealt with a number of agents along the way, I was gearing up to deal with 'another real estate agent'. Thankfully, David is not just another real estate agent. We are first home buyers and he explained the process with care and without rushing or patronising us. When we were ready to put an offer in, he told us how the offer would be dealt with and communicated with us at every step. All the agents and support staff who we spoke to in the office were knowledgable and helpful and really went the extra mile to get the ball rolling. At the 11th hour another offer came in and whilst nervous, we were impressed beyond words that David dealt with both potential buyers in what we thought was a fair and reasonable manner. Luckily, we got the house, but I must say, even if we hadn't, we would have been really happy with the level of communication, empathy and honesty that we experienced. We signed on a Friday evening and the vendors signed the same day, David communicating with us after hours to let us know it was a done deal. We couldn't be happier, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend David and his team.
